Please find below answers to some of the questions we have been asked in the past about our training courses. If the answer to your question does not appear below, please feel free to call 01727 827733 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What time do your courses start?
Our courses begin at 10.00am and finish usually around 4.30pm. For security reasons we cannot provide full details of the check-in process on this website. You are however provided with these full details upon booking your preferred course.
Where are your courses held?
Our training courses are held at our purpose-built, two-floor training facility and green screen studio in St Albans, Hertfordshire. For security reasons, further details are only provided upon booking.
What are your payment methods?
All bookings and payments can be made online via our booking form, which offers the choice of either (a) an immediate online credit card payment (made securely via the Worldpay payment gateway) or (b) a Purchase Order, which allows for you or your company to pay via the BACs payment method or (c) cheque. In any case you will immediately receive confirmation of your booking along with attendance details and a PDF invoice or Purchase Order depending on the method chosen. Please bear in mind however that only a Worldpay credit card payment guarantees your placement on a course: bookings made by Purchase Order are not secured until a full payment has been made.
When is the [xxx] course on next?
You will find a complete schedule of our forthcoming course dates on our index page. If the course you are looking for is not listed there, the chances are that (a) we do not run this course or (b) we have not yet set a date for it. In the case of the latter, please locate the course page and enter your details in the footer area. You will then automatically be contacted via email when this course is next due to run.
What should I do if I need to reschedule a course?
Please email us as soon as you are aware that a rescheduling will be required. Please also note our terms and conditions regarding the rescheduling of courses.
What should I do if I need to cancel a course?
Please email us directly by telephone in the event that you wish to cancel a course. Please also note our terms and conditions regarding the cancellation of courses.
